One of the numerous effects of the Covid-19 pandemic has been the way that it has revolutionized our work method, transitioning from onsite to remote work.  Indeed, to fight the spread of the coronavirus, most companies have encouraged employees working from home when possible – not only in Myanmar but all over the world.

Reports have shown that remote work can, among other benefits, increase employees’ productivity and performance, improve work/life balance, and reduce stress. Yet, it is not the case for all employees, especially in Myanmar when working from home involves facing weekly power cuts, having an unstable internet connection, and sharing space with an extended family.

So, what are the solutions to make remote work sustainable for both employers and employees’ benefits? Is working from home, the future of work? In a 30-minute conference, Matt De Luca, Managing Director and Co-founder of JobNet.com.mm will cover this topic, more newsworthy than ever.
