For those who were not prepared to move to online solutions, it becomes a challenge to deal with digital services for job offers, video interviews, distance recruitment processes and contracts…

In this context, Mr. Thu Kywe Khant Soe, Head of Marketing, Events & Content at MyJobs.com.mm will cover the topic “How to run your recruitment process online?” in a 45-minute conference followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.

BIography of Thu Kywe Khant Soe @ Khant 

Thu Kywe Khant Soe @ Khant is a Head of Marketing, Events & Content of MyJobs.com.mm since December, 2018. He has more than 10 years working experiences in different industries – media, event & education services. He started his management career as a general manager and managing editor in GIGS Co. Ltd., which provides consultancy student services for Masterskill University of Health and Science, Malaysia and published Sarana Health & Beauty Magazine. And then, he joined AMB Events Sdn. Bhd as a sales & marketing manager and project manager to organize & manage international trade events. Moreover, he worked as a Chief Operating Officer and Managing Editor in Royal Village Co., Ltd which provides media solution services and media publications such as Shape Entertainment & Health Guide. He also joined ACAE Myanmar as Centre Manager to extend his experience in education services. 

He has many philanthropic & volunteering experiences and involves as health professional, master trainer, facilitator and consultant in many local & international organizations such as Myanmar Medical Association, Good Neighbors International, Compassionate Hands Myanmar, HP LIFE e-Learning for entrepreneurs of ADEPT Project by USAID, P.A.C.E community program by GAP Inc. and Active Citizens Program & Society Program of British Council Myanmar.  He is also a founding member of BCB Alumni Group, Social Enterprise Development Association Myanmar and ASEAN Youth Organization Myanmar. He himself founded For All Man Kind Charity Group (FAMCG) since 2009 to provide free basic health care services to the needy rural communities and Royal Village Knowledge Sharing Centre in 2018 with a social purpose by educating young people who have disengaged, or are at the point of disengaging with education.

He holds Executive MBA (YUE), DMA (YUE), PDGL (YUDE), and M.B., B.S (Ygn). He got traininig on Entrepreneurship & Small Business Promotion by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmadabad and Professional Consulting by Charter Management Institute, UK. And also he is continuously learning in social entrepreneurship, difital technology, project management and market research.
