Corporate Governance is important as it enables organisations to achieve their goals, make formal decisions, control risks and assuring compliance. Good Corporate Governance incorporates a set of rules that define the relationship between stakeholders, management and the board of directors of a company and influence how the company is operating.

Companies and organizations that promptly make the right decision have a competitive advantage. But what does it mean concretely? What are the differences between the owners, the Board of Directors, and the management? What are their key roles and duties?

The following discussion points will be covered in the event

  • The concept of Corporate Governance
  • Why it matters?
  • Detail on how companies can start their journey or enhance their practices by strengthening the sustainability of their business.
