In an one-hour conference, Mrs. Raphaele Vallauri will share with you a simple exercise to practice as much as you want. This exercise is part of the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) method and can help you reduce negative emotions, and better manage stress, anxiety, frustration, anger.
