Q: Tell us about yourself and your role at Archetype Myanmar.

A: I'm Phyu Latt, and I lead Archetype Myanmar’s architectural department. With over a decade of experience, I've worked on various projects with Archetype Group across Vietnam, Africa, Thailand, China, and France. My role involves guiding projects from concept to completion, focusing on innovative solutions and elevating the architecture industry in #Myanmar.

A: Archetype Myanmar is a branch of Archetype Group, offering comprehensive construction consultancy services, including architecture, #engineering, and #projectmanagement. Since our #Yangon office opened in 2012, we've delivered over 100 projects in the #hospitality, #realestate, and #industrial sectors. Our branches—archetype reality, archetype industry, and archetype_y—provide tailored services to meet diverse client needs, setting us apart in Myanmar's architectural and engineering landscape.

Q: Highlight some notable projects and discuss Archetype Myanmar’s expertise.

A: We're proud of our work on the Sanctum Inle Resort and Yangon Excelsior Hotel, showcasing our strength in hospitality. Currently, we're developing an international school. We also have expertise in the industrial sector, including creating state-of-the-art factories for Jotun and Crown Holdings.

A: Despite the currently challenging market in Myanmar, we continue to support clients with in-depth studies and leverage our team's expertise to assist Archetype Group's global offices. Our 35-strong team in Yangon remains committed to excellence.
